No. 12 Commercial Meat Grinder with Slicer and Sausage Stuffer
Five kilos a minute, then sausages.
A butcher's bench needs one machine that minces, slices and fills without stopping to swap tools between jobs.
This is a No. 12 mincer, which is the size a small butcher, a burger kitchen or a serious home smoker actually uses. The 700 W copper motor turns at 180 rpm and grinds about 5 kg a minute, and the maker rates it for frozen and hard foods, including chicken cartilage, without jamming.
The cutting function is what makes it earn a place on the bench. A thickened 3.5 mm blade turns meat into slices, then strips, then dice, in passes. The same unit stuffs sausage casings, and the spiral pressing keeps the meat dense so the filling is even. The blade detaches for washing.

Questions
How much power does it draw?
700 W. Give it its own power point rather than sharing a board with a fryer or a bain marie.
Will it grind frozen meat?
The maker rates it for frozen and hard foods, including chicken cartilage. Cut solid blocks down to pieces that fit the feed, and keep bone out of it.
How long can it run?
The maker recommends 30 minutes on, 10 minutes off. At about 5 kg a minute, thirty minutes is around 150 kg of mince, which is more than most shops do at a stretch.
What is the difference between the 3.5 mm and 5 mm blade?
The cut thickness. Choose 3.5 mm for stir-fry strips, kebab meat and fine dice. Choose 5 mm for schnitzel-thick slices and chunkier cubes.
How do I clean it?
Detach the blade and take the cutting parts apart; it is designed for quick disassembly. Wash them in the sink and wipe the body with a damp cloth. Do not hose the motor housing.
