Every kitchen needs one sink that is not the dish sink, for produce, pots and the things that will not fit anywhere else.
The bowl is 533 by 457 millimetres and deep enough to stand a stockpot in, which is the test a prep sink has to pass. The corners are welded, so there is no seam to weep. The tap is a swivel on a ceramic valve, the waste has a basket strainer, and the splashback at the back rises high enough that the wall behind it stays dry.
It stands on four stainless legs with an adjustable leveller and a sleeve on each, so it sits square on a floor that is not and does not scratch the floor. A wall bracket lets you fix it if you would rather it never moved. Assembled it weighs 14.2 kg, which is light enough to shift on your own and heavy enough not to walk when a full pot goes in.

Questions
Do I need a plumber?
To assemble it, no. To connect hot and cold water and the drain, yes in most states, because it is a fixed connection to the water supply. Stand it where it will live first so the plumber's visit is short.
Does a grease trap go with it?
If it drains to the sewer from a commercial kitchen, most councils and water authorities require one on the line. The 18 kg under-sink grease trap has 48 mm inlet and outlet fittings; ask your plumber to confirm the fit.
Will a 20 litre stockpot fit in the bowl?
The 533 mm bowl holds about 60 litres, so a 20 litre stockpot stands in it with room to spare. The maker does not publish capacities for the other bowl sizes, so measure the pot against the bowl dimensions.
Can I take the legs off and drop it into a bench?
It is built as a free-standing unit with the splashback as part of the bowl, so it is not a drop-in sink. If you need one that sits in a bench, choose a drop-in bowl instead.
How do I keep it looking new?
Warm water and detergent, then dried. Rinse off salt, vinegar and bleach straight away rather than leaving them in the bowl, and skip steel wool, which scratches stainless.
